Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and include your proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns note included in your original delivery, clearly stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or an exchange for a different size.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all official tags and labels remain attached to the garments to qualify for a return.

  Post Your Parcel

  Send your items back to our City Ground warehouse using a tracked postal service; please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

  Processing and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your request within 7-10 working days, notifying you via email once the transaction is complete.
